The bottle im using now 2008 expired in 1998 but no probs at all with product
I had the big bottle but otherwise same product

The red out and lubrcating types are expensive and made the problem worse

But i have since used it for myself also when i had red irritated eyes from uncomfortable contacts

The stores here carry saline for contact lens rinse but to have just the eye wash it was nowhere to be found in many pharmacies

The cup kinda sucks unless i really stick it in my eye socket

I fill the little cup it comes with just under halfway the put it over my eye and gently roll my eye around

The other 25 of the time you have to bear it out with a tearing eye for a day or so until the thing comes out naturally

Also as a side note the expiration date doesnt really matter
