Everything went great my charger came on time it was a great price for a good charger that worked and the was an extra code that was sent with it i was very satisfied fit my acer switch alpha perfectly and does and great job charging the tablet

Good product works as described works as expected works as it is supposed to very pleased it works but the pin that goes into the computer is not tight enough and falls out too easy
