Pros

Incorporating the battle rope, as a main staple in my whole-body calisthenic workouts, has paid off dividends. No fraying. The attention to customer support and service has to be commended.

Fire-breather battle rope is a great piece of equipment. Great for my home gym.

The weight is perfect for my wife (beginner) she enjoys the self-paced workout poster. As far as comfort and durability is concerned the only comment i can make is that it looks like it will last a long time with heavy use.

Worr out everyone from 8 to 48 years old with 30 second circuit. Comes with a poster for different workouts. Instructions are very clear. Only thing i don't like is the instructions for the anchor. Available on amazon.

Cons

They're also too stiff to do most of the exercises in pamphlet. Not overly impressed so far.
