Pros

Mat comes with dry erase markers. Easy to erase with the provided eraser. Great for marking out terrain.

The 1 inch square is perfect for mapping out dungeon adventures. The map is large enough to hang on the wall or use on the table, and it rolls up easy to store in its tube.

The mat is lightweight but made of good material. Seems like it will be very durable over time. It's easy to wipe clean with water.

This is exactly what i needed to ramp up my sessions. The only problem i have with it is that the laminate is increasing in several places and i follow the recommended instructions on the mat. Make sure to wipe it clean after use.

Cons

Vis-a-vis mat is not very compatible with other wet erase markers.

Size is good, the printing is fine, but it is only one sided. It seems like laminated paper. The lamination is a film as thin as plastic wrap, though not as elastic.

Paper towels have not messed with the quality of my mat over the course of 3 years and clean it very nicely

If you roll it the other way it will very badly mess with the lamination see pictures
