Product is compact, quiet, priced right and practical. Works perfectly and prolongs the life of my battery.
Cons
Refunds absolutely must be requested within 30 days. The company's response was sorry, this order is not eligible for a refund under the a-to-z guarantee.

I was originally going to purchase a competitors unit but it only had a 90 day warranty
I had one for over ten years made by battery tender plus but only with a bmw logo that i likely paid a premium for at the dealership

Batteries for mercedes and bmw are very expensive and getting the computers reprogrammed is an additional cost
