Pros & Cons
Pros
Hardcover with an engraved bat logo wrapped in a slipcover. Scott snyder's new 52 saga continues as batman must battle multiple villains much too soon after his nearly fatal confrontation with the joker. I love batman and experiencing his world and ch... Read More
The volume also comes with three spinoff origin issues that recount the adventures of bruce as he traveled the globe. Scott snyder and greg capullo continue to revisit some of bruce's fond memories as a child. Don't miss this resurgence of an historic... Read More
Both are great inkers and miki's style suited zero year more than glapion's dark and rough and gritty colors that he displayed in the previous three volumes. The artwork continues to be top notch. It has me pining for the next one.
Scott snyder's zero year arc is more bombastic and the scale and scope of the story is so vast and spectacular. The one thing that sets zero year apart from the first three volumes is danny miki who has taken over duties from the previous inker jonath... Read More
There is a moment where he clashes with alfred that seemed powerful to me because i've never seen that, at least to the extent where it gets physical. This creates an interesting dynamic from your regular old baddie who is just needing a bad beating.

Highlights
Quality
Once again snyder’s writing is amazing as usual and greg capullo continues to knock it out of the park with the artwork
However it’s fastpaced action quality art and a fun read
Not a fan of capullos design on his year one costume with purple gloves but it was cool to see bruce wayne with the militarystyle cut
Shipping
Shipping was pretty slow but customer service was good
Packaging/appearance
Havent read it yet but the comic book looks great and came in an awesome packaging
The extra stories at the end of bruce’s tie before returning to gotham are icing on the cake
