Make sure you are sure where you want to mount it as i think it would be very hard to remove in fact the instructions do not recommend mounting on painted surfaces as they may get damaged attempting to remove

They came with extra pieces to stick them up as well so if you decide you want to put it somewhere else you have new ones to use

And those pieces get attached by plastic clips that you have to push pretty hard to snap on so you know they arent letting that shelf go

I held it up to my shower wall before removing the back from the adhesive and set a level on the shelf then lightly marked where each strip should be placed
