Bought as new, recieved an open box taped back together. Don't send returned merchandise to people for full price. Comes in two spools that don’t connect together!
Maybe mine are defected. Poor connection between lights and power brick.

The lights are good and all but they should have a clear covering over the strip like other makers put on because after a couple minutes the lights and the soldering points get extremely hot and could potentially be a fire hazard
