All but a 300 usd chair should not break this quick and if it does honor the warranty you advertise. Fabric seems to be strong and the back is well ventilated.

The seat is firm but not as firm as a firm mattress. The firmness of the seat will change over time with use. Some reviewers have commended the seat's firmness.

Cons

Buyer beware. Amazon does little or nothing to help you contact the seller to ge satisfaction.

The back of the chair reclines at the slightest amount of pressure. It makes creaking noises. No amount of lube solves it.
