After about six months the twisted audio cable went bad but had no problem getting it replaced for free under warranty

Over the first few months it was fantastic then over time it began to lose connection via bluetooth even though it was just due to me wearing extra layers

Also impressed with the cord which is a twisted type usually only found on higher end monitors
