It's ez to clean, you just wipe down the little bit of rubber ( spray it with alcohol ) and hand wash the little piece of cloth that goes around the thumb. It completely relieves my pain.

The velcro strap is way too long and also sticks out. Because of the location underneath my hand, it gets caught on everything and the strap pulls loose. I'm not sure i'm willing to spend that much to replace a pair of braces that don't last longer th... Read More

The heal of my thumb is larger than more typical small hands probably from the many years of the handson type of work i did for a living along with playing piano and several other musical instruments so that a small size is too small but a medium size is just a tad too big
