Pros

Thank you sandy for being so responsive. Especially when used heavily it gets a bit hot but as of now i am not concerned that it may burst into flames.

The flat plug lets my charging table sit flat against the wall next to my recliner. I can charge as many as 4 devices at once while having 2 relatively low-power 120v devices plugged into its 2 ac outlets. Flat plug is great.

Cons

Looks like the manufacturer is trying to cheap out by using low quality usb connectors inside. Second return still not refunded after near 2 moths. For a $60 charger box, it’s quite pathetic.

S22 ultra, airpods, and iphone 12 pro max, s22 ultra didn't charge. All i'm asking it to charge in the regular is a pixel 7 and a lamp.

I contacted customer support and they were great to work with and shipped me a replacement unit which is working great again

They got back to me right away were very polite and professional and sent a replacement very quickly

I did send something similar to this write up directly to baseus on the contact support link on their website several weeks ago now

I may go with a different brand now that im in the market for a new one

I highly recommend not only this product but many of baseus other products
