I don’t think i’d have made the full 200 mile ride with out physical issues if i did not have this and had to rely on the salts in the sports drinks and endurance gels i was using

However after i use it i get this raw feeling irritation around the glands in the roof of my mouth that makes it painful to eat certain foods for a day or two
