Amazoni had issues when ordering the 18mm blackebonyivory strap from amazon as the warehouse seems to have labelled the straps as 22mm blackbond leading to the wrong strap being sent out

I cant fault bartons customer service however as the representative i spoke with ensured the issue was resolved quickly

Length trimming of the longer upper strap is easy trim desired length with scissor and hold trimmed end over a lighter flame avoid jet flame lighters as they can get too hot however do measure length before trimming with the watch attached as otherwise strap could be trimmed shorter than desired

I like that it doesnt give me a rash comfy no matter how tight it is cant tear and the colour choicehow to look at the instructions 5 times covers the sensor
