Get some goop marine adhesive and sealant

Spread the bottom open and apply a thin layer of adhesive on each side above the stitching

Only reason i gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is leather is softer then i like if it was a little stiffer where it stays open just enough to get gun back in or just enough to start gun back in it would of got a 5

The biggest draw back is the weapon release

The holster being soft causes the release to be spongy not something you want when drawing under pressure
