Pros

This scope is designed for the two-way recoil of air rifles. Bought this as a replacement scope for the bundled beeman grizzly x2 some years ago. Used on a crosman gas piston air rifle.

Two thumbs up. Met all expectations. The ao works great.

Barska is to be commended for the vast improvment and still keeping their products at a very reasonable price point. Amazon is the best price and free shipping. Will know more about durability in time.

Barska's glass is good, minimal distortion or flare. Images are clear and it's sturdy so far after 150 rounds.

The adjustable objective allows focusing from 10 yds to infinity. At 10 yards both the target and reticule (mil-dot) are in sharp focus. I wish the parallax adjustment would allow closer focusing at the high power end. Love the variable zoom.

Cons

As a took the cap off to adjust the poi and began slowly clicking, and felt a strange grinding feeling with each click. Apparently, a fairly common defect with this scope.

Shoots 5 low even after maxing out elevation adjustments. Biggest problem is zero changes drastically with different zoom. At 25 yards it shoots 5 low after reaching its limit of adjustment.

For the price yu cant beat it

But for this price i am very happy with this scope

Really like barska products for the money and this one is no exception

I highly recommend this scope for your 22lr 22 magnum or 17hmr rifles and even airsoft guns

Years ago i bought a barska 412x32 i think it was to put on a cz 17 hmr when that cartridge first came out maybe 2003 or 04

The 4x32 version is an incredible quality scope
