Pros

It is a very complex scent which changes during lather and later during the day. Other worldly fragrance profile kicks it up another notch.

The lather of this product is rich, yet as with any soap you need to work to get a good lather. Its easy to lather gets a great slickness/glide.

Great shave, but didnt find difference from other luxurious shaving creams like tobs.

Barrister and mann is elite level shave soap performance. Stirling performance is just behind b&m. Murphy and mcneil, declaration grooming, and grooming department is right there with them for comparison.

Cons

This scent is not barbershop. If you have hard water this soap is nigh impossible to get a decent lather. The aftershave has the same inauthentic scent as well.

Lather fantastic lather once you get the right amount water because this soap is thirsty

For the price i feel it cant be beat

The price is rather high though so that is a draw back

Unfortunately the soap ends up being very expensive because it is soft and does not last very long

Packaging/appearance

As i opened can after can looking for a pleasant scent i saw the bull and said sure im a taurus why not

The packaging and design are first rate although i dont understand the connection to seville one of my favorite cities in spain

Competitiveness

I have used several brands but this one seems to produce the thickest lather and is by far the best i have used

Ive tried several other artisans and i must admit that the omnibus base is probably the best ive ever used
