Pros

Since this works for me, is always ready, and i like it, i am sticking with it. The product seems ok. Fantastic product. I recommend to anyone who will listen. It's fantastic and awesome.

The label comes off clean and easily enough to recycle the container and use it for something else - like kids' legos or disposable tupperware for roadtrips. They come in a nice black container which keeps them fresher in the refrigerator.

Since i have amazon prime the price with free shipping would be the same as the cheaper ones with shipping i decided to give it a shot

We always look for the best price on amazon and for free super saver shipping when buying this product

The only downfall is that it tends to clump in you do leave it in some kind of liquid in the refridgerator

Competitiveness

I have used many different flaxseeds from different manufacturers and barleans is the best in my opinion

I add it to oatmeal or to a smoothy you can barely taste it but it adds fiber to your diet
