Pros

Even though you must * three capsules to get a dose, one gets all three omegas. Pill size is manageable for sensitive users. Flax oil capsule with a 100mg co-enzyme q10 capsule --1/2hr before eating.

Good quality suppliment. Delicious nut-like taste. Barleans is my go-to for supplemental oils.

Flaxseed oil pill is excellent for dry eyes. Also, my skin looks more radiant. May help reduce cancer cell growth and reduce inflammation. May also help with heart health and digestive system.

Cons

Lignan flax liquid is not made from an organic source. Capsule contains gelatin, which is a carcinogen. Capsules are not suitable for kosher or halal consumption.

Good flaxseed oil capsules but the capsules are a bit too big to swallow
