Does not work on the yappy little terrier types next door

Placed the unit 15 unobstructed feet from where they bark at anything that moves in my yard

What i really hate is that you can not tell if it is doing anything feels like i bought the brooklyn bridge it continually clicks on for no apparent reason and lately i have noticed it hissing
