Pros

A good pick for the keto. I have tried honey nut and coco flavored, they are both great. Grams of protein keeps you from being hungry.

The price is a bit steep, but since i have paid far more for food that was nowhere as tasty or healthy, i'll end any complaint right there. This cereal has more loops and are smaller. Purchased item on 7/28/19.

Cons

Sucralose alone should be coded a carcinogen. You are better off using magic spoon & cereal school for keto cereals that don't contain a bunch of frankenfood ingredients and have true zero carb effect sugars. One ingredient in this cereal is sugar... Read More
