Pros

Tastes decent. No chalky after taste. Taste is yummy, a bit fruity.

Only downside is typical iron supplement issue of constipation. I take this because i had gastric bypass 5 yrs ago. The absorbancy is tough to gage, but i feel better and less tired.

Taking this 3 times a day is a little too tricky when i have medications that contraindicate iron. Bari melts are an easy way to take iron pills.
