25 lb plates but overall the quality is good and they do exactly what theyre supposed to

They are cheaply made and i highly doubt they will last forever

The only issue that i have with them is that the material can flake off of them if a person does not handle them properly

The holes are a little wider than the amazon set so dont expect these to fit fit as snugly but since theyre made out of rubber if you just tighten the screw holders on the side they wont go anywhere
