The holes are a little wider than the amazon set so dont expect these to fit fit as snugly but since theyre made out of rubber if you just tighten the screw holders on the side they wont go anywhere

I bought these because im doing the 531 workout but because of a shoulder injury and using db floor press instead of the bench press
