Baratza enjoys a sterling reputation for two 1. Ergonomic design and user interface, and 2. Amazing customer support. It delivers as expected performance, and the controls are easy to understand.
It's super easy to brew pour over coffee now. Range of burr control is sufficient to allow the grinder to be adjusted from espresso all the way to french press.

I love my new grinder my local blue bottle coffee shop uses it and they highly recommended it i’m really impressed with the quality
No need for the baratza portafilter holder
You can do like i did and buy a few 250 grinders over the years or just get the commercial quality one once
Price
It may seem a bit pricey but if you value a good cup o joe i think the price is worth it

The coffee i made was decent i just thought percolators didnt make great coffee that is until i bought a baratza grinder
Ive been buying baratza grinders for two decades
If they dont they shouldnt blame the manufacturer for the results of their neglect
We use it with our gs3 drip machine and french press

They sent replacement parts after i plugged the 110 machine into 220v by accident

This grinder may cost a tad over double the price however this is way more than double the machine

The display is the only slight weakpoint this grinder posesses as its somewhat difficult to see the numbers clearly when looking at from any angle other than almost straight on

The timer is hell to see well please change it but after several experiments with light i managed to deal with it

Why i give a 55 score well the grind is perfect not a strident machine just enough lovely sound the motor runs without hesitating in all after defeating all the flaws of the machine is an getting in love grinder

This new unit is all around better but not what i had before
