The plastic slides that snap onto the frame are very tight

The slides that snap onto the frame are rather tight and it can be difficult to get them off and on sometimes

I have used this type of frame before but i was sure that i would be receiving 2 in the package as was shown in the first photo of the item in the pics but i only received one
