They work great the sound quality is good and plenty of channels to switch into
The 20 pack does not come with the software or cable
With the cost to replace those nokias they only wanted to get 2 or 3 and that wasnt enough
Price
The are a great product for a good price
Sure enough the radios showed up we handed them out and they work just as good as the radios that cost 15x more
Cant find any cons and especially not at this price
Shipping
It will ruin them and youll have to buy more for your shipping department
Competitiveness
However we have found that they hold up as well as the much more expensive motorolas
All of my employees love these radios much better than motorolas
The powers that be insisted we werent wasting our time and money on 12 radios
I own 2 warehouses over 150000 sf

This is especially important since lots of users dont reprogram so the preset channels are overused

If you reprogram the radio to the public frs channels then you avoid interfering on important frequencies and are unlikely to get in trouble

With the cable and the free online program chirp you can create a channel profile for your use then download it to each of your radios
