Some people have mentioned the cost of this and i can understand that however as someone who has struggled with dental issues for a while despite doing the conventional things i would rather spend the money if it can do something positive

I am only on my second bottle so i have not noticed if my teeth are whiter that is why i gave three stars in this category

I left 4 stars because of the company and the fact that i suppose ayervedically it is good for vatas but personally i would not recommend it
