He also mentioned if you feel particles inside your mouth when you swish its actually the particles of your cheeks that are being stripped

I am only on my second bottle so i have not noticed if my teeth are whiter that is why i gave three stars in this category

I left 4 stars because of the company and the fact that i suppose ayervedically it is good for vatas but personally i would not recommend it
