Pros

Natural materials absorb excess moisture to improve the texture and taste of your bread. Chemical and odor free. Contains all you need for sour dough baking.

The metal bench scraper is not bendy and the handle is heavy. The dough cutter/scraper is of a useful size with a decent handle.

The dough whisk is g-i-a-n-t, at thirteen inches. The whisk is great because it is nicer than a normal beater or spoon.

I think this would make a great gift for a bread making newbie like me. I wish it had come with a few bread recipes, but that would have just been a nice bonus--not necessary, that's would google is for.

The baskets are not super big, but they are for proofing not baking so that is fine. They are the proper size and leave the distinct swirl he loves.

Very nice package of bread making accessories

I have to say i was so impressed by this set when i opened the box

It also came with 2 dough scrapersone metal one plastic

At any rate the blades werent packed with the other items

Overall this set is fantastic and such a good value for the money compared to other sourdough proofing kits ive seen out there

She prefers baker of seville stainless one that uses a thumbscrew to secure the blade instead of tension like this one
