Great proofing basket, gives the dough beautiful pattern! My favorite is the brush though, makes it so much easier to clean all the flour leftovers. Comes with a small recipe book as well and also a lot of accessories.

I guess i didn’t really pay attention to the fact that these are basically for people who make sourdough bread and does not work out well when making regular bread😩
