Its not hard to change the volume but it is difficult to hit the middle button to pause music or answer the phone

There is no storage case or bag supplied though which is slightly disappointing considering the price of the headphones although they do sit toward the entrylevel for bang and olufsen headphones

These are an update on the previous h4 headphones with the following additional features voice assistant functionality that supports google assist with a dedicated button an additional microphone for improved voice quality aptx low latency technology a slider button for onoff and usbc rather than microusb for charging

These headphones do not support active noise cancellation but do provide good isolation that should be sufficient in most cases
