Well i am happy to report after 6 hours of walking around and dancing they held up very well

These are amazing in preventing thigh rub

They stay put except if you are dancing pretty hardthen they may slide down

They do have a plastic band on the inside to hold them up much like shape wear but it did not irritate my skin like other brands

The tiny part on top of the silicone folds for me thats my only complaint
