Pros

The kit is amazing, quality of the plastic is really good. It's up to you if you want to get a cutting mat for putting everything together. This is a wonderful model kit in every way.

The detail is stunning and there is not even a hint of flashing. The attention to detail is impeccable. The parts fit together so well that glue really isn’t necessary.

The kit also comes with two droid bodies so you can build both an r2 and r5 series droid. Comes with the regular set of decals and a second set that don't require water they are more like stickers which might be easier for the younger modeler. The dec... Read More

I was delighted to finally get it and at a good price

Packaging/appearance

I ended up only using 11 waterslide decals on mine and maskedairbrushed the rest based off some archive photos of the origial red5

The model itself is good and with plenty of detail but i did break one of the cockpit parts removing from the sprue

Competitiveness

The order came in on time the model wasn’t hard at all to assemble and has great details for a glueless plastic model kit

I would recommend small word snips and we allowed him to use an xacto
