Pros & Cons
Pros
Really good fun and suitable for all ages. Can be played in 15 minutes or half an hour depending on the game mode. Bought as a birthday present for a 13 year old, we play out own rules so that his younger sister can join in and feel useful.
Very repayable so perfect for a lot of occasions. Fabulous for slipping into your suitcase for holidays. Good quality tiles. Banana pouch makes for nice, whimsical packaging.
Much faster than scrabble, and at times quite exciting. There is no mucking about with scoring. Good fun for those learning to play scrabble. My grandchildren search for letters or find as many three letter words they can find.
Cons
The bag is a washed out yellow and the tiles cheap. The printing is irregular and broken up. The 'q' tile does not exist, there is however an inexplicable 'qu' tile, contrary to the original game.
