Pros

Pads are amazing and keep me dry! Only downside is that it isn't contoured so it tends to shift, move, and show depending on what top i wear. They fit well inside your bra & don’t create any awkward bumps, either.

Cons

If you have actual leakage issues, these are insufficient. The new pad soaks quickly and leaks through my bra and wets my baby's onesie. They also tend to have a bad smell after milk comes in contact with them.

Even after just a couple hours of wear time, they crinkle under my bra. Had to change and used disposable pads.
