The formula is thick in that i can turn the jar upside down but it still feels like a thin cream with a light protective film

I wouldn’t recommend it for eczema in young children as noted above but i can’t say if it can help adult eczema insect bites or chaffing at this time

This stuff is a bit greasy but can be smeared on other parts of the body too as a moisture barrier
