I found a coupon code on the internet that gave me a modest discount on the price and the website asked but did not require that i leave a product review whether it was good or bad

Once i left it alone it puffed up

Came rolled up so it was very flat and i had to break up the filling to fluff back to normal size

The pillow comes rolled up and compressed you have to remove it from its plastic prison and let it breathe a bit after a few hours i grabbed it and pulled the inner foam several times and then threw it in the dryer it expanded very well by the end of the cycle
