Pros
Comes with ceramic bowls to put spreads in. Pullout drawer with utensil is very nice and convenient. Ridges around the side are perfect for crackers.

Cons
My biggest complaint is that i have a hard time getting the drawer to open. Thinking of returning it. The cups were broken when opened. My problem is my tray does not open and close easy at all.
