Pros

It feels comforting and safe to sleep beneath it. I find myself waking up on the same spot and position and feel more rested.

The blanket is extremely well made. The stitching is well done, and feels sturdy. There are a few loops for attaching the blanket to the cover but it's manageable.

The baloo weighted blanket is very soft and the weight is evenly distributed. The weight distribution is very even; there are no heavier or lighter areas.

I tend to get hot easily, but this blanket doesn't make me sweaty. The fabric has a nice cooling quality. It keeps me warm but not too hot.

The linen cover is extremely soft, well sewn and it is truly a “cool touch” to sleep under. This is crucial when you have a cat that likes to snuggle up on everything comfy you own.

Cons

It is not a fresh looking white, but rather dull. It’s a loose loose for us. A disaster for me.
