Balmex is superior to all the others. I have my nanny used it on her kids. It's like magic! Used by an adult suffering from incontinence issues.

Cons

The ointment feels like sand. The color is not white it has like a grayish color to it. The paste is hard, clumpy and does not spread.

Dont buy this *. It’s probably a knock-off product. Thanks, my kid is now without diaper cream and you're not the one who will be up all night with a crying infant.
