Pros & Cons
Pros
These are bpa free and are an option for mason jars. These fit on the regular mouth16oz (1pint) case from walmart. Perfect size for my overnight oats.
No more rusty metal lids. There is no rusting or no messing with the metal.
These lids are so great! They fit absolutely, no leaks. I use these lids for my smoothies, and they don't leak. They all seal tightly, and clean up great in the dishwasher (top rack) these screw on easily once the sealed lids have been removed.

The mason jar lid solution is nonsensical. These are worthless, if you want to store liquid. They are not, even in the least, water tight. The lids inside all have dust and/or brown marks on them.
This is ridiculous and now i have to go purchase something else.
