Gives you a great feel for a full back swing and for the rhythm and pace a a smoth swing. Really warms up the muscles before your round. Use primarily to stretch before warming up at the range.

Arrived much later than advertised. Not useful as a weighted training aid. Absent some very basic instructions as to how best to use.
