Not too happy with the seller. In order to return the item, they want $28 for shipping it back. It's unfortunate because it had the potential to be a really nice mattress cover.

I fluffed it up in the dryer for about 25 minutes which is crucial for achieving the optimal loftiness right out of the packaging
It puffed up right out of the packaging but i threw it in the dryer for 20mins and it poofed up even more
