Regular sports bras are too difficult to put on over the head but these have 3 hooks and wear just like a sports bra

If you rebuy this bra after wearing one out i suggest you go larger if you want it to be a relaxed fit like the old

The only things i wish were better are there is no strap adjustment and it is not very supportive
