Very easy to assemble only 3 pieces held together with 8 bolts

Very well made but it does not roll well at all and it does not swivel that might be my bad for not reading the description or asking if it does swivel

I do use it on carpet but it is a very low pile carpet which shouldn’t cause so much difficulty
