Excellent product offers great protection and the ability to wear standard shorts or trousers whilst cycling

I weigh 9st and wear size 8 and got these in small just to be safe but i feel that these are a bit big and would be a slightly better fit in xsmall

It does feel a bit like wearing a nappy but wear a long top for the gym and noone can notice
