Pros

These shorts are my favorite leg day shorts as they allow freedom of movement when squatting, lunging, or doing step ups. The liner is magic. Probably almost an inch in the waist and the brief part is larger too.

Cons

The stitching on the shorts is absolutely terrible. Like the * droops down almost to the hem of the shorts. Ripped on day 2.
