Pros
They're lightweight but legit. Wouldn't want to be slammed hard on them though. The quality is fantastic and we use it daily.
The mat has velcro on the sides to add additional mats and velcro that folds under so it doesn’t slip on carpet. It's super durable, and when the kids fall off the bar onto the mat, it doesn't hurt, but the mat isn't horribly squishy at all.
Using for practicing judo including rolls and falls. My girl needs the mattress for her jiujitsu class. I need the mattress which is long enough for roll anywhere.
Cons

One mat appears to be uneven in the middle because one of the rectangles was looser than the adjacent rectangle. They didn't even offer sending patches, or at least giving some insight or instructions on how to maybe fix these mats, or prevent further... Read More
Three are the same size, one is smaller and the velcro on the smaller one doesn't match the other three so it slides away from the others in use. Each panel is 3 narrower. In the pictures the larger unit is the first one received that is punctured.

We bought two of these mats and while they are both well made the velcro is sewn in the opposite direction on each mat making it impossible to adhere them to one another
