I also like to do 3 sets of 8 reps for dumbbell flyes witch gives me a great chest workout for a light dumbbell

Ive had these dumbbells for 6 months and have worked my way up to doing 3 sets of 11 reps for military press and 3 sets of 8 reps for bicep curls
